Pets reaction to owner on Armour Thyroid

Hello,
Has anyone had a problem with their pets after beginning Armour thyroid??? I know that this sounds crazy...but I have 4 cats that i have had for many years.  My doctor put me on Armour Thyroid about 6 weeks ago.  The personality of one of my cats (a totally indoor cat that sleeps with me) totally changed and he became very aggressive and hissing and growling at me.  Another cat that is an indoor outdoor cat left for about 8 days and came back and was  hissing at me when I tried to pet him.  He has never acted this way.  He wanted back outside after he ate.  He was then gone for an entire month!  I assumed he was gone forever.  This week my doctor changed my thyroid to Thyrolar (synthetic....I had been on synthroid for approximately 20 years before the change to the Armour). Two days after My cat that was gone for a month came back and was very loving. My other inside cat that had been growling and hissing at me for the last month is now sweet and loving again licking me and just like normal. The other two cats that live with me did not act aggressive, but were not as loving as they were before the Armour...now they are back to being loving and purring and wanting my attention. Any ideas...I was just curious if the Armour gives of pheromones or a body odor that I cannot smell that the cats can smell????

you might want to contact Forest labs to see if anyone else has had that issue. They might help with this question.

I have not had a problem since I started, but I know every body reacts different. That would be interesting to research.
