The echotexture of gland is normal means there is no inflammation
Simple [fluid filled blister] unilocular [means one cyst, not two cysts fused together], 2.6 cm cyst, is most likely benign, can be aspirated, and if refills can be PEI ablated
complex 1.3cm mass is cyst with siolid components, possibly small nodule undergoes cystic degeneration, little intranodular flow means it is most likely benign, however the biopsy for it is recommended, although due to the complex nature of the nodule it is hard to get adequate sample from solid area.
Small cyst and small nodule in L lobe can be monitored until they reach the size of 1 cm. [for biopsy]
