Yes, just make sure your thyroid meds are optimal. My doctor likes to test every 4 weeks. Ideally TSH is 1 -2 and even more importantly FT3 and FT4 should both be at the upper end of the reference range. If TSH is low, but FT3 and FT4 are also low then you still need an increase in meds. It is normal to have your meds increased quite significantly during the pregnancy.
Call you dr right away if they don't already know you are pregnant!!!!
You will most likely need an increase in your medications! It usually by 50% and your dr should be checking your levels every 6 weeks during pregnancy since it is really important for you and your baby!
