Pregnant with Goiter... need help please

hello!

short version of my story is this: last year i was diagnosed with an enlarged, multi-nodular goiter. i had BW run twice; everything came back normal but the antibody count. i had a biopsy in jan, it came back benign. my endo knows i was trying to conceive at the time and told me to come back in 6th months or when i was pregnant. both happened at the same time, so i made an apt to see her.

went to the endo about 3 weeks ago, she confirmed that yes my goiter is still enlarged and put me on synthroid (50) and told me to start it the next day. i was told to go for BW in 6 weeks, and to make a followup apt for Oct. i was also sent for an US.

had the US about a week or two ago, she called me with the results yesterday. basically she asked me to come in with last years results (i told her she had them not me). once she found the results from last year (and i guess read them), she called back today and said i had to speak with her in the office.

well, since she is so busy, i have to wait until next week to see her. i am pregnant, and frankly i am freaking out about what she could possibly say to me. at this point, what could she say? im already preparing myself for the worse, but since i am preggo i am scared. this is not good for me to be stressing out like this for another week. i cant imagine what my options would even be at this point since i have another 5 or so months to go. if someone could please give me any words of advice or anything, i would really appreciate it. Thank you!

Is there any way you can post the ultrasound report?
Two reports old and new will be the best.
