The images are blurry
This is either because there was no gel used or transducer was not guided properly.
I do not see any nodular abnormalities; there are 2 parathyroid glands visible on upper right image. Because there is no scale I cannot estimate the size of thyroid but the isthmus thickness appear to be within normal limits.
Large black round features on lower left images are blood vessels
