Rapidly fluctuating TSH levels

Hello - 36 year old female that had a TT at age 25 (papillary cancer). Was on Synthroid .136 for nine years then, suddenly, TSH started fluctuating almost weekly. 4 weeks ago TSH was at .75, two weeks ago I was at 4.1 and today I found out I'm at .124. WHAT GIVES? Does anyone have any suggestion about what might be going on? For those you that have dealt with fluctuations, you know how fun all the symptoms are that come and go with each of these "shifts". Currently?  Heart palpitations and tremors. Any help would be appreciated, thanks for listening!

Did you have RAI (radioactive iodine treatment or I-131) after your surgery?  You need to get your thyroglobulin levels checked.  Changes in your TSH may be an indicator of a recurrence since *something* is producing thyroid hormones in your system.

My husband's TSH has had problems all year. Beginning in January, every blood test causes his levothyroxine level to be dropped.  He has been on levothyroxine since the mid 1990's. We changed to name brand synthroid last month, and the next blood test caused another drop in his synthroid.  I was going to suggest you try synthroid, but I guess you are already on the name brand.
