I think I have Thyroid problems I have not been to the Dr. because I don't have insurance, but my syntoms are swollen feet, I alway fill like if I have something in my throat, feel very tired, forgetfull at times. and I have gain alot of weight can you please help me and tell me if that could be my Thyroid

If you are in US find out family clinic or govt. hospital they will take care of you don't need to suffer dear.

Yes it could be your thyroid.
You are going to have to go get lab tests done ..Ft3, Ft4 and TSH to find out just what is causing the symptoms.
