Really high thyroglobulin, quantitative

I am nervous about my lab results. My thyroglobulin qn. is 85. I am not menopausal, but I haven't had a period in 3 months, and my estrogen level is high. What could this mean? Does high thyroglobulin (quantitative) mean that I have thyroid cancer?

Hi AR-10. Thanks for asking.I felt hypothyroid, then I had a CT scan and biopsy due to a goiter. The endo thinks that the iodine in the scan may have caused me to be hyperthyroid, so she ran more tests. I have fine tremors throughout my body all day and night. Here are the lab results that I can compare.
January: TSH .78; FSH<.3
February: TSH .973; T4 9.9; T3 uptake 28
March: White blood count 6.5
June 6: thyroglobulin antibodies <20; T3 total 112; T4 free 1.5; TSH 3rd generation .37; White blood count 5.4
June 30: T4 free 1.3; TSH .53; T3 113; thyroglobulin 85 (HIGH)
July 29: TSH 3rd generation .76; FSH 10.7; Estradiol 525 (HIGH); White blood count 3.9 (LOW)
