I believe when your Antithyroid Peroxidase is elevated it indicates Hashimoto's Thyroiditis - aka Lymphcytic Thyroiditis which is an autoimmune disease. It is one of the main causes of the eventual condition of Hypothyroidism.
I understand you are not a Dr. but thanks for your input on this.

ANTITHYROID PEROXIDAE 234 - High
these antibodies are present in thyroiditis, people with other autoimmune disorders such as Sjögren syndrome, lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, pernicious anemia and in people that show no evidence of disease.
T-3 UPTAKE 41.4 High
A high uptake may indicate that hyperthyroidism is caused by Graves' disease.
Your levels might suggest Adrenal fatigue and if you do indeed have thyroid, adrenals should be corrected first because they influence thyroid levels.
This might be confused with hypothyroidism because of the low T4
and T3 and the low TSH mistakenly to mean pituitary trouble. Also might suggest other problems such as allergies, hormonal imbalance, yeast, etc.
I am sure you realize that I am not a doctor nor am I diagnosing or treating you. I am just giving information for you to ponder on. However, This is confusing and conflicting. What did your doctor say?
I'm not sure, because you didn't print reference ranges, but if your TSH is .005 it looks like you are hyper and have autoimmune thyroid disease. The antibody levels over don't matter treatment-wise, just that they are over is evidence of the cause.
hi it's me again my levels are as noted t-4 normal, T-3 Total 2.39 , T-3 UPTAKE 41.4 , TSH, ULTARSENSTIVE <0.005 , FREE THYROXINE INDEX, CALC 5.0 AND ANTITHYROID PEROXIDAE 234. this is all the blood work levels.
They mean nothing without all thyree thyroid levels - TSH and both FTs. Thyroid levels are the prevailong diagnose.
