Recurrent thyroid cancer after 2 years

It was papillary thyroid cancer on the right side that had spread to lymph nodes. Whole thing removed because of probability of spread. Stage 4. Initial radiation should cancer cells (microscopic) had attached to nearby blood vessel wall. Within the past year microscopic bits that only showed up on an iodine scan has, as of February grown to subcentimeter. I'm having tachycardia as well as other symptoms that i recognize as hyper thyroid despite my dosage being set in December with no hiccups until now. Any advice?

When was your Total Thyroidectomy?  Please tell us about specific symptoms you have. and when they started.  Also, post your thyroid related test results, reference ranges shown on the lab report, and date of blood draw.
