So how can you get a Saliva Test for Cortisol/Adrenals in New York State?

I am DX HYPO with insomnia as a major symptom.  A lot of people say get your Adrenals tested, which primarily involves a simple saliva test 4 times a day?  I have seen a lot of at home test kits available but according to NY State Law these companies cannot send the kits to us or the results back to residents of NY.  I mentioned the cortisol test to my DR but he was unfamiliar with saliva testing and just mentioned the blood test.  This is the test for Addisons and is very involved and not too accurate for AF.

How can I proceed?  How do you folks get you AF DX?  Is there a specific test I can ask for by name from my Dr.?

I just checked Canary Club and they have a clear note that they DON'T send kits to NY.  I don't know what to do.  I guess I can ask my Dr to research the saliva test?  Anyone here get that test from your Dr's lab?

There is a place through internet called www canaryclub  .  com   that you can get it from.

The lab you want to do it with is ZRT lab and they will send it to anyone even in NY. People even in the UK under government insurance are getting it through that site and are finding their adrenals are a problem.
