My concern is I done a thyroid sonogram I have in my left thyroid lope cytic nodule 2.3 cm and my lower right thyroid lope a solid nodule 4mm such this be of concern?

Option isn't a good word. I think "surgery needed" would be better defined.
The next step would be to get an FNA biopsy to see if any cells are recovered to know if surgery is an option.
