I resently diagnose hashimoto disease

Hi Dr,
   My tsh is 5.1 , t3 and t4 are normal antibodies test is 95 . my doctor prescribed me ARMOUR . he said i do not recommend selenium because its effect on blood sugar ,blood sugar will be high very repidily.
plz let me know is there any way to cure hashimoto disease permanently.

Hypothyroidism can be controlled but you have hasimotos for life as it is an Autoimmune Disease.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news :(
But with treatment, you can live a good life.
Please keep regular checks with your Doctor or Endo.
Your antibodies are not that high at the moment as usually the reference range for them to be normal is under < 60
