Still Struggling with Fatigue

Posting current labs, I see they are the same, no matter what they do with my Synthroid/Cytomel.  Previously, I was 112 mcg Synthroid/20 mcg Cytomel
Then:  88 mcg/20 Cytomel
Now:  100mcg/15 Cytomel  And the labs do not really move, but my exhaustion is increasing>

Here is the current:

T4, Free:  1.5   (0.8-1.8)  L
TSH:        0.01               L
T3, Free:  5.9   (2.3-4.2)  H
TPO:  128 (<35 IU/ML)    H

Vit D, 25 OH, D2:       9
Vit D, 25-OH, Total:  33 (20-100)
Vit D, 25-OH, D3:     26
Ferritin:   52 (10-232)

I have no idea what I need to do, to increase or decrease the medication, in order to stay awake during the day.  My energy level is gone!  The most recent endo, totallly new to me, recommended dropping the Ctyomel by 5 mcg, and I feel worse.  Help!

I have not had the cortisol saliva test, and not sure on the Reverse T3 test, if they were taken, or the results have yet to come in.

I would be most interested in a doctor recommendation in Tampa.  Thanks!

I'd say that your ferritin is a bit low, and your Vitamin D is also too low.  Have you tested for B12?  In view of you still being exhausted, I wondered if you have had the Reverse T3 test?  Also, have you had the 24 hour saliva cortisol tests?  And last, I have a doctor recommendation if Tampa is close enough to be of interest.
