Stopping Levothyroxine in pregnancy

Hi,
I stopped my medication about a week ago. I am usually on 200 mcg. I have been considering abortion, but have had to wait over two weeks for my consultation which is tomorrow. I have called various places trying to get help sooner. I am 8 weeks pregnant today. Basically, i thought stopping my medication would cause a miscarriage. As i really didn't want to go through an abortion this late. I am still really struggling with the idea. I know this sounds terrible. So far, nothing at all. No bleeding or anything. Just feel like a bag of crap, which is to be expected. In fact this pregnancy so far has been easier than my past four. First was an early miscarriage. My others are nearly 6, 4, and 3. I bled in all of my pregnancies but nothing at all in this pregnancy.
I didn't plan this, and there are awkward circumstances surrounding it. Plus my mental illnesses, and my Hypothyroidism.
Some help or advice would be appreciated x

No it wasn't a split screen.  They said they have sent them to the other clinic already.  I only got home two hours ago x

If you want to see the pictures, you should be able to go back and ask.  I'm not sure why there would be 2 pictures unless they were using a split screen.

Hello,  I had my consultation.  The appointment is booked for next Tuesday.  I had a scan,  they didn't ask if I wanted to see the screen,  or the pictures. Now,  I wish I'd have asked. I need to make sure this is the right thing for me to do.  There were two pictures. Is that normal?  I am so confused. There is no forum on here for this so not sure where to put it xx

Just stopping your medication won't cause a miscarriage; it's long standing hypothyroidism that, usually, does that.  However, not having enough thyroid hormones in your blood can cause growth and development problems for your baby.

Whether or not you plan to have the baby is your decision and you are the only one who can make it; however, you must provide adequate thyroid hormones or you risk doing damage to the baby, in the event that you do end up having it.

You need to get back on your thyroid medication, for your own health, since lack of thyroid hormones can exacerbate mental health issues, then decide what you're doing to do as far as an abortion or whatever.
