I am doing 10 in the thyroid dept.

Herbie's an 8 right now - taking out 2 points for the bumps (nodules).  Honestly, he's not even a blip on my radar right now.  Not going to worry about him until the next u/s in May.

7.5 on fatigue.  Haven't had a decent night's sleep in 2 weeks and was tired before that.  And yes, I'm posting this at 4:30 in the morning.  

8 for digestive stuff.  Abdominal pain is down to a dull roar.  Been avoiding yet more trigger foods and it seems to be helping.  Further good news is that I haven't needed my PPIs in 4 months now.  Yay!

4 on Lyme stuff.  Tingling has spread from my feet and is now in my arms and legs all the time, occasionally the left side of my face and even my tongue.  Also had the feeling like stepping in cold water.  Pinpricks and zaps are getting worse too.  Still light sensitive, and sound sensitivity is getting worse. Go into stimulation overload quickly.  Joint and muscle pains are getting worse and more constant.

9 in the weight loss dept.  yay

8 in thyroid dept.  Hopefully larger dose of levo will put me at a 10 again very soon.

7 on the diabetes.  Working on it, but still having some trouble with this diet.
