Your Free T4 and Free T3 levels are not bad, but with your symptoms you could ask your doctor to increase your Cytomel to maybe 10 mcg twice daily and see how that works for you. If your symptoms improve then you would know that low Free T3 was the problem. Another thing I suggest is to ask the doctor to test you for Reverse T3, cortisol, Vitamin D, B12 and ferritin. Optimal levels of all 5 are important to a hypothyroid patient. If you want to do some reading about all this I recommend the following link.

The most important question is how you are feeling. What, if any, symptoms do you have? Your Free T4 is adequate, but your Free T3 is only at 53% of its range, so there is plenty of room to increase your Cytomel if needed to relieve symptoms. Symptom relief should be all important, not just test results.
Also have you been tested for Vitamin D, B12 and ferritin?
