How do you feel? What thyroid meds are you on?
I agree with goolarra. A suppressed TSH does not automatically mean that you are hyper. In actuality you are hyper only if having hyper symptoms due to excessive levels of the biologically active thyroid hormones, Free T3 and Free T4.
My TSH has been about .05 for well over 25 years without ever having any hyper symptoms, while taking a full daily replacement dosage of 200 mcg of Synthroid. In fact I continued to have lingering hypo symptoms. After finding this Forum and learning about the importance of Free T3, I got mine tested and it was low in the range. My doctor allowed me to switch meds to a T4/T3 combo type and after some dose tweaking, my Free T3 is now 3.9 (range of 2.3 - 4.2), and Free T4 is .84 (range of .60 - 1.50), and I now feel best ever.
Many factors, other than thyroid hormone levels, can suppress TSH. Thyroid meds, especially those containing T3 often suppress TSH. It can also be suppressed by the length of time on meds.
Do you have your actual FT3 and FT4 results? If so, please post with reference ranges (vary lab to lab). Do you feel hyper?
