im on of the hyperthyroid patient, i really really really have difficulties of sleep and ever worse after taking the 30mg camazol pill and with my eyes too. please give me advice the best way to get sleep..thanks

My hyperthyroid is bordering me so much and because of the medicine have taken, it give more side effects such as burning on your white cell and aching on my body. Which give me less antibody and problem with my health.

I wonder if I just could forget about my medicine and see so much it will effect my body again////

Since having thyroid problems 14 years ago, i have yet to sleep more than 2-3 hrs a night. Strange part is that it does not bother me. I still work 40hrs a week.

I have also been prescibed everything you could think of and nothing works, so I quit trying to medicate myself for sleep and have just learned to deal with it.

I am not hyper, I am hypo, but I can relate to the sleeping difficulties, just ask anybody, they'll tell you...I wish someone could help me get some sleep too. I don't know what to tell you, except nothing we've (me and md) tried has worked. She even gave me a narcotic injection, went home and slept an hour.

That is what is so discouraging is nothing, no pill, injection, herbal remedy seems to be of any benefit. It wouldn't be so bad, but I am past exhaustion!!

So sorry I could not offer you any more than my sad tale of woes.....
