I would have to say that those tests are very limited and you need more done. A complete thyroid panel should be done with TSH, Free T4, Free T3 and all antibody testing for Graves and Hashimoto's autoimmune thyroid disease. A TSH test alone does not tell what is going on....just a marker that you need more testing.
You should also be taking Vit D....did your Dr tell you to start on any yet?
