TSH TESTING..

if you test your tsh at four weeks and you get one thing... will the numbers change at 12 weeks.. because i am feeling palpitations and stuff now as to where i wasnt at four... my tsh is at 3.6   and that was at four weeks   i am on 37 of levothyroxine...   also i am having bad headaches and dizziness.. along with panic attacks

Yes, it can even change @ 6 weeks; but 4 weeks gives the Dr an idea .. tha is my understanding.

time for  another test ...yes it can fluctuate for diff reasons.....3.6 is hypo anyway. Do you have hashi's? If so you need to be suppressed way down to .50-1.0. Make sure you have your free t4 and free t3 done with your tsh. Get antibody tests done if you have not.
