hypothryoid and anxiety symptoms relieved with Medrol

I have had anxiety and nervousness with hypothyroid for 4 years. i have asked the doc before about  adreals. This past week I hurt my back and hip. I started on a Medrol dosepack and after 4 days my back feels better but my other symptoms are releived as well.
Could this mean it is my adrenals?  or just a coincidence?  If so, what should I tell my reluctant doctor I need tested for.? I feel like I have stumbled onto this. Does anyone have an opinion?

I have had these horrible symptoms  like someone moved a switch that turned on my adrenalin and it has been on high for all this time.  All they want to do is treat with ant anxiety drugs. I want to find the reason

Your still hypo I'll bet. Anziety and palps are common with lower thyroid levels or when a doc just looks at TSH.

It takes time.....months somtimes.

Holy basil is natural, safe and calms or levels adrenals - might work good for you during this time period.

Steroids will do this to you. It was happening to me on infusion steroids never felt better... But then they are coming back. I know I am low on the armour because I felt fantastic in th dose increase but now the issues are slowly coming back. These are hypo symptoms from what I can tell. Once we get regulated they should disappear.

I have not had any recent labs since starting on armour 90 mg 3 weeks ago. My doc doesn't want to test for 10-12 weeks. My symptoms though are ones that I had for 4 years,  when i was on levothyroxin and when I went off of it for 2 weeks. The symptoms have not changed. Even starting armour. Until I was on the Medrol dosepak for 3 days. I noticed the change in my symptoms. Less nervousness and anxiety. Could this be adrenals or just a coincidence?  When I asked my PCP he said Medrol would make everything feel better even if it was not the adrenals. so he broke my balloon of hope.
However i don't think he knows everything. I still have a small hope that this is a significant  sign that might have been overlooked. What do you think? I still am looking for a different endo doctor in North Eastern Ohio.

Please post your thyroid test results and their reference ranges shown on the lab report.  Also, what thyroid medication are you taking and what dosage?

yes I wake up with palpatations every night and lay awake for hours. Not feeling like passing out but unable to sleep, eyesight has not changed much I wear glasses. I am in a state of anxiety most of the time. And now that the dosepak of medrol is moving down in dosage it is coming back.

I just wish someone could tell me something

I am just curious if you have any other symptoms such as heart palpatations, feeling like you are going to pass out, muscle pain, fatigue, poor reflexes, problems with eyesight?
