Hipotiroidismo

buenas tardes,quisiera q alguien me informe hace unas semanas me realice una eco de tiroides y un tsh y este fue el resultado,TSH  82,4050 uUI/ml y la eco fue lobulo derecho mide 4x1'9x1,8cm y el izquierdo 3,7x1,8x1,6cm gracias se los agradeceria si pudieran ayudarme.

Su TSH indica que son hipo. ¿Es esa la única prueba que había hecho? ¿Se puede T3 libre y T4 libre?

¿Está usted en la medicación de reemplazo de tiroides?

Translation: Your TSH indicates that you are hypo.  Is that the only test you had done?  Can you get Free T3 and Free T4?

Are you on thyroid replacement medication?
