TSH normal but many symptoms

I have all the symptoms of hypothyroism but TSH come out normal, my health doctor put me on 60mg of armour years ago but the regular med doctor says test is OK and keep on it. I am fatigued, low body temp, gain weight like crazy, very slow metabolism, depressed ,achy, & memory problems. I am 58 and know this could be from other things, but I was wondering how accurate these thyroid tests are.

I have awful thyroid problems, and my results came back normal for ages, it is only now that they have started to show up as swinging between normal and hypothyroid, back and forth. I always felt I had a thyroid problem even when showing normal, so although a lot of people swear by these tests, I don't think they are a very good indicator of thyroid status until you are further into the thyroid process, but I may be wrong.

Do you know your TSH and T4 results?

If your TSH is above 3.0 you could be hypothyroid!
