Tsh w/reflex to ft4 is 4.19 what does that results mean?

I recently had lab work for tsh w/reflex to ft4 and the result was 4.19

My Dr. stated all was well and normal limited however I feel like it is high.

Perhaps I am confused on the test and not reading it right.

Does anyone have any insight?

TSH is definitive as an indicator for thyroid status only when at extreme values.   Your TSH level is not conclusive.  Otherwise the most important consideration should always be symptoms that occur more frequently with hypothyroidism.  So tell us about any symptoms you have.  Aso, regardless of the TSH result, if you have symptoms then you should also get tests for the biologically active thyroid hormones, Free T4 and Free T3, (not the same as Total T4 and Total T3),  Vitamin D, B12 and ferritin.   Can you get those done?
