So your TSH is .25 and FT4 is 1.9. I expect that your FT4 is at, or slightly above, the top of the range. You should make sure in the future that they always test for both of the biologically active thyroid hormones, Free T4 and Free T3. Free T3 is metabolized by all the cells of your body to produce the needed energy. By your FT4 test I assume that you are probably taking only T4 med, is that correct? If so, what is the daily dosage?
Even more important than test results are symptoms, so please tell us about any symptoms you have. Also, if tested for Vitamin D, B12 and ferritin, please pot those as well.
