Thyroid Multinodular Goiter 2cm but no diagnosis PLEASE HELP

Please feel free to read any of my recent post questions.  I am having a horrible time.  I am 29 and am on a long list of meds for many issues.  My TSH is normal, but a thyroid ultrsound showed a 2cm multinodular goiter. Both the left and right side have nodules.  They made me an appt with a surgeon and I saw him today.  He said that my goiter just may need to be watched and nothing more since it didn't look like cancer and it wasn't causing me breathing problems.  My family doc sent me to the surgeon.  I have never seen an endo.  I am completely exhausted all the time.  I have headaches almost every day.  My triclycerides were 900 and my doc put me on a med for that on top of all the other meds.  The surgeon suggested that it could be my tryglycerides that make me feel so bad.  Is that possible?  I don't want to be this young with this many problems.  Has anyone else had a similar situation?  I have high blood pressure, acne, OCD, migraines, sinus infections, ear infections, constant diahrea (had gall bladder removed after finding that it only worked 1%).  The thing is I have symtoms of hyper and hypo thyroid.  When I was a teenager, I would sweat profusely, but now I don't hardly ever sweat.  Sometimes my heart feels like it is running away.  I feel terrible most of the time.  MRI of head showed up clean when trying to diagnose the constant headaches.  The surgeon said some people just have goiters, but I thought there has to be something wrong with your thyroid before you would get a goiter.  Anything you could tell me at this point would be so appreciated.  I am so frustrated.  I feel I am on the right path looking into the goiter, but feel I have reached a dead end.

Don't worry, there are others like you! I have had headaches my whole life ~CT scan & lumbar puncture showed nothing. Also suffered with unexplained anaphylaxis (& acne). This year I was diagnosed with a toxic multinodular goiter & was given radioactive iodine. I am 36 & there are no words to express the level of exhaustion I feel. I never used to sweat at all & now I have hot flashes & flushing constantly, not to mention anxiety.

See a good endocrinologist & ask A LOT of questions~ they don't like to give up information easily for some reason, even in the best hospitals. And don't worry, there is light at the end of the tunnel. We will get it all out of the way & be really healthy in our old age!!

I'm sorry you have to deal with so much at such a young age.  I too have a multinodular goiter with normal TSH and T4 levels, but feel tired all the time, nervousness, off and on diarrea, body aches and strange heart beats at times.   I had to be released from my teaching job in Korea due to health issues.
I'm a military vet. and 31 years old.  I've had a biopsy of the nodule but they didn't use a scanner to make sure they were getting a good sample.  The test was benign.
Your endocrine system seems to be malfunctioning.  You need to see a enocrine specialist, and a good one.  It seems this would be the best thing for you.  Hopefully, they can adjust meds based on your symptoms and not on a certain normal range used for everyone.

I'll pray for your healing!
