Thyroid Ultrasound explanation??

Hello,
Could someone please explain my ultrasound results!

Report: The right lobe showed a measument of 4.2cm x 2cm x 2.2cm and the left lobe measured 5cm x 1.7cm x 2cm.

There are multiple hypeochoic solid modules in the right lobe of the thyroid gland measuring between 4-9mm and in the left lobe similar nodules are noted with largest slightly dominant nodule measuring 1.5cm in the lower pole of the right thyroid lobe.
There is a marked increased vascularity of the left lower pole thyroid nodule.

Conclusion
Multinodular thyroid goitre
No retrosternal extendion

My TSH was 0.35..
Im just trying to assertain as to why im feeling really weak, fatigued, hair loss, frequent diarrhea (pale), pressure in throat, muscle weakness, palpatation throughout body...
I used to have tons more energy! Can your Thyroid make you feel this bad?

Any feedback would be appreciated. Thankyou.

Now im really confused! Just got recent thyroid blood work and tsh is now 1.15, free T4 is 12.2, free T3 is 4.2. all normal! Nuclear scan was normal. Now have to go and have biopsy of thyroid nodules. Surely that cant make me feel tired? Or it must be something else all together!!

Ask your Doctor to put you on a beta blocker until the racy heart 'feeling' goes too.
Good Luck :)

With a TSH that low you are showing classic signs of Hyperthyroidism.
I would be asking for Graves Disease antibody test to be done to confirm this.

Here is a link for you to explain your Ultrasound.

Sounds like all the symptoms to me, Sorry I can't help you with the Ultra sound results, I had one but never saw the results, my endo just said I had Hashimoto's Desease  and nothing abnormal, I am a "Newbie" to these thyroid terms but I have had all the symptoms you mentioned, as far as the muscle aches and spasms, I took advice from the wizards here on this forum and started taking Vitamin D, Magnesium and B Complex and have had a marked improvement in a reduction of the aches and spasms, I still get the tight throat sometimes (Due to Goiter or inflamed thyroid) I have also had) from your results I see it states you do have a Goiter(Inflamed/enlarged) thyroid with nodules, which is fairly common with thyroid problems, I am sure the folks here will read your post and give you more details, and all the info you need, this is a great and understanding group. Good Luck FTB4
