Do these labs look better??

Tsh 0.039    range 0.0450 - 4.500
Free T 3    3.0     range 2.0-4.4
free t4   1.33  range 0.82-1.77
This is about two months after increasing levothroxine to 100  and cytomel to 10 ( thats two divided doses of 5 )
Once in a while a tiny bit short of breath but nothing like before and my hair is growing and not breaking at all.
So what do you think is this where my labs should be or is more tweaking necessary??

It sounds like you are close to optimal so if it were me, I would go with 2.5 mcg.  Slow and sure is always best at this point.

Vit D 81.2 range 30.0-100.0
b12 946 range 211-946
The ferritin was 154I can't find the paper with the range but it was in the upper 3/4 range so I know thats all good.
I guess I should add another 5 of cytomel or should I add another 2,5?

Your Free T4 is find.  Recommended level is middle of the range at minimum.  Your  Free t3 is a bit low for many hypo patients, so you could stand to tweak it upward, until you are free of hypo symptoms.

Have you tested for Vitamin D, B12 and ferritin?

Just to make sure, you don't need to be concerned about your suppressed TSH level.  Hypo patients taking adequate doses of thyroid med often find that their TSH becomes suppressed.  That does not mean you are hyper, unless you do have hyper symptoms, due to excessive levels of Free T3 and Free T4 which you do not have.  So, don't let the doctor get excited about the TSH result and try to reduce your meds.
