Thyroid Microsomal Antibody 326

I know I have auto immune hypothyroidism. I have not been labeled with Hashimoto's but I'm  pretty sure that is what I have. I take 88mcg of Levothyroxine daily along with 10mcg of Synthroid 2x day. My recents labs results for TSH & T3 were pretty ideal. I have had a number of weird health issues over this past year. A rheumatologist (who I have to wait 2 months to see) ran the Thyroid Microsomal AB test with abnormal result of 326 u/ml (norm <60). My eye doctor thought this could be the cause of recent eye inflammation problems. Could the be? Do I need to be concerned with how high it is? Also, I have felt awful hypo like symptoms for weeks. I meet with my Endocrinologist and want to make the most of that appointment.

Okay, sorry.  No, there's not need to worry about the level of antibodies; once you have them, you always have them and the levels may fluctuate from time to time. More antibodies don't make you feel any worse, because it's not really the antibodies that cause the symptoms; it's the resulting hypothyroidism that makes you feel crummy.

Symptoms of a thyroid condition often show up long before the blood tests show there's a problem.  Your thyroid levels don't look bad, but hopefully, your doctor will pay more attention to symptoms than lab results.

Yes, my question is, do I need to be concerned with how high and out of range the Thyroid Microsomal AB result of 326 u/ml (norm <60)? Can this cause eye and other inflammation problems? My Dec 8 labs with ranges are:
FT3- 3.4  (2.2-4)
FT4- 1.1 (.93-1.7)
TSH- .4 (.27-4.2)

Additionally, in the past I have also had positive TPO of 109.5 u/ml (0-9) and Thyroglobulin Antibody 123 u/ml (0-20) confirming autoimmune thyroid disorder.

I am concerned that I feel so terrible even though labs seem ok. I am getting new labs drawn today. I meet with my Endocrinologist next week and would appreciate any advise that can help me make the most out of the appointment. Are there other things she should check?

Are you asking a question?  "My recents (sic) labs results for TSH & T3 were pretty ideal. I have had a number of weird health issues over this past year."  Many times, even "ideal" labs leave us with lingering hypo symptoms, so it's very possible that the health issues you've had are still thyroid related. Is that Free T3, that's being tested or is it total?  There's a huge difference and testing for Total T3 is pretty much obsolete.  Have you also been tested for Free T4?

If you have a copy of your latest thyroid labs, please post them, so members can better assess your situation and possibly make suggestions that might help you.  Be sure to include reference ranges, which vary lab to lab and must come from your own report.
