Thyroid problems?

I'm not sure yet what I might have, but wondering if anyone has had the same symptoms.  I have this feeling of tightness close to and below the collar bone.  I sometimes get the feeling of something stuck in my throat or swollen.  I sometimes feel the right tonsil maybe swollen or enlarged, but no sore throat.  I did have wheezing a week ago and that only lasted for a few minutes.  I sometimes get neck pain and upper back pain right below my neck.  Does anyone know what I'm feeling?

Thank you so much for your comment.  I did do a chest x-ray last week and had a nurse take a quick look at it.  It appears that it is clear as well.  Except that I notice a note about thoriac changes(not sure if I spelled that right).  I asked the nurse what that meant she said old age or aging.  I'm waiting for a doc to interpret to me my chest x-rays and blood work.  I'm scheduled to see an ENT doc on May 7th.  Feels like eternity.  Thanks again!

Yes, I know exactly what you are going through. I had the wheezing thing as well and went to my docot but they said my lungs were clear.  No one can explain why I have these "phantom" symptoms.  I just want you to know you are not alone.
