Thyroid was removed

I had my thyroid removed 2 years ago due to very rapidly growing nodules-was not cancer.
I cannot get well since.  My frequent blood tests go from hyper to hypo-sometimes stable for months.  I take 1,500 mg calcium with zinc, mag and D.
I have unusually sore muscles after minimal work-outs and cannot regain my usual strength, fatigue and weakness, just feel sickly often.  My skin is shriveling before me. I have headaches, took 2 years losing 30 lbs gained-but did with extreme exercise. Just had an extreme UTI/kidney for no reason.  Had every test my Dr knows. Help

Lots of people are taking genenric levothyroxine wiyout trouble.

I would humbly suggest you try going back to a name brand like Synthroid or Lexoxyl. That would take one unknown out of the equation; "am I getting consistent dosing?".

You TSH almost always needs to be between 0.8 and 1.8 for you to feel good. With some people this does not hold true, but for the vast majority that is the case.

Your tests can be "normal" for the rest of your life and you will never feel better until you are steadily getting the correct amount of hormones. The lab ranges for normal are very broad and the actual healthy levels are hidden within the normal ranges, but it is a much smaller target you are aiming for than just "within lab limits".

You should be getting tested every three month at the longest until you remain stable for a while.

A TSH and a Free T4 each time. A Free T3 next time and every so often. Eventually you will find a med dosage that works. If your Free T3 keeps coming back low compared to the Free T4, then you may need to consider a T3 supplement like Cytomel.

I am taking Levothyroxine 100 (been on Synthroid from 88 to 100 just constantly back and forth). I don't have all the tests, been doing one about every 3-6 months, just took one today because of fatigue but the July 08 said "normal".

2-08 was  T3 uptake at 23.8L with TSH  2.633
5-08 "low" put me on Syntroid 100
5-07 TSH 3rd 7.377
6-07 TSH 3rd was 0.872 was on Syn 100 so they changed it to 88
8-07 TSH 3rd was 3.225
12-7 "low" put me on the Levothyroxine 100..........etc. etc.
