I also suffer from: below normal levels for potassium and Vitamin D. Getting meds for those; plus also: FMS/CFS (was diagnosed with CFS in 1987 and FMS in 1991); migraines starting in childhood; moderate to severe COPD (2009); restless leg syndrome; hypertension; nerve damage from B-12 deficiency; and so on; sometimes too many things to remember.
my TSH in September was 1.24 and dropped to .24 in February of this year; with no new blood tests since February. The T3 was 100.00 and Free T was .92 so not really high as far as I can see. I know that I am having pain in neck area, can no longer lay on left side at night as feel like cannot catch breath, trouble swallowing, and other then that, waiting for doctor appointment on 8th to find out results of first test: ultrasound. Biggest problem is fatigue, insomnia, and muscle weakness (especially in legs and arms. I would think it if this is more a hypothyroid problem then hyperthyroid...cannot keep weight on either but have little to no appetite. was sent to dietitian yesterday as unable to gain/keep weight on; I weigh 130 pounds, 5 feet six and large boned (scale shows I should be around 143) but got little help from her. She feels my weight is a lower end of scale so I am OK. I know about eating for heaven sake, but suffer from little to no appetite and find it easier to drink something then eat something.

I have Hashimoto's diagnosed by biopsy of nodule 12 year ago. I also suffer from Chronic Fatigue Syndrom and Severe Joint pain. I have frequent fatigue cycling with severe anxiety and dizziness, I think this may be hyper and hypo cycling but my labs are always normal. This nodule at first was under 1.0 cm in size. My Labs are always within normal limits except elevated TPOab. Since last summer I have started having dizzy spells, extreme fatigue and weight loss of about 50 pounds. My labs are still normal. This last u/s March 2010 my thyroid and nodules are considerably larger than previous three years ago. The isthmus measures 5mm. The right thyroid measures 7.3 x 2.2 x 2.1 cm. The left thyroid measures 5.2 x 1.2 x 1.5 cm. There is an inferior pole heterogeneous right isoechoic thyroid nodule measuring 2.6 x 2.5 x 1.7 cm with multiple cysts. There are two new nodules on the left lobes 4 x 5 x 3 mm in size. The impression was 2.6 cm right solid heterogeneous thyroid mass. I have my FNA on 4-9-10. I was supposed to follow up on this three years ago and let it go after my last FNA because I didn't have health insurance. My last FNA showed suspicious cells with Hashimoto's. I will keep all of you posted on my results.
