I  found that if I get sleepy after taking Cytomel to just stay very busy and it goes away.  I got tired (no pun intended) of being sleepy (no tired but sleepy)
I know it's the Cytomel.  Then after about an hour I am fine until the next dose.  I dont understand taking Cytomel at night wehn you go to bed.  I dont think it's suppose to be a sleep aid.

What are your actual T3 and T4 results?  Please post them with reference ranges as these vary lab to lab.  Also, do they say FREE T3 (or FT3) and FREE T4 (or FT4)?
