You may want to slowly wean off of caffine. going to half caf in coffee etc.
withdrawl from caffeine usually will cause a head ache in most people.
One good thing about being completely off of caffeine. Is that on the rare occasion that you really need a pick me up, having some caffine REALLY works. whereas having caffeine all the time seems to have very little effect.
I agree, I need to relax. I'm just on edge waiting for the results. It does seem like stress and anxiety fuels them for me. I am giving up caffeine to see if that will help. I've heard from many people that eliminating or minimizing caffeine (and alcohol) helps.
Thanks for your response.
Yes, Hypo can cause PVC's.
Most people have PVC's. However most do not recognize that they are even having them.
I had them and I'm not diagnosed Hypo. In my case I cut caffine out almost completely. And after about 6 months (may earlier) I didn't have them any more.
I too wore a halter monitor and it came back saying that I had THOUSANDS of them a day. I freaked out. But a cardiac nurse who was a neighbor reviewed them and said that is quite normal. I was told that they don't worry about them until you have one on average of about one ever 6 seconds (10 per minute).
Stress can also cause them, and stress can also cause Hypo to worsen as well (what came first chicken or egg?) Was it the hypo or the stress? Answer yes to both????
Bottom line is that I think you need to relax. It appears they are doing all the tests to ensure that is isn't heart related. So it sounds like you are in good hands that way at least.
