Nahh thats not me, I have tattoos similiar and just lked the pic. Yeah I am aware that I am not in ideal shape to say the least and yeah I have tried THE supplements in the past, I am bigger muscular than you would think but yeah I have a lot higher body fat than I want. I did go through the list and have most of the symptoms, I cant sleep worth a crap at night but then that leads me to be tired as crap during the day.
Ok, wait, is that pic really you?
If so then you are 'built' and obviously not over weight.
But those other issues still need to be addressed.
If you are a weight lifter/body builder do you take stuff other than protein powders. You know what 'stuff' I mean, it can affect sleep and BP.
Back in my day when I endurance trained and lifted I was 6" 190#, I only took protien. I found that other supps off the shelf would raise BP. Messing with even ATP stimulation (popular in the 90's) seems to affect other body functions in the long run.
Have you researched all hypothyroid symptoms (long list)?
No energy and difficulty sleeping, body pain, are common with low thyroid levels. BP is affected too.
Get freeT3 and freeT4 thyroid hormone levels checked - that is what ALL cells need. Do not settle for just TSH which is a 'messenger ' hormone from the pituitary to the thyroid.
quote "I am 6'1" tall, weigh in at about 235. I am in decent shape" quote
- unless you are a pro football player, that is not in decent shape, sorry to to honest. And with all your other issues, you need to get healthy before your 40's , you came here so your trying! Be persistent in finding out what is going on, it takes time.
