Are you on thyroid med? If so, what at what dosage?
Do you have a copy of your most recent labs? If so, please post the results of whatever thyroid tests you've had done, along with the reference ranges for each one, since these vary from lab to lab and must come from your own report.

Hypothyroidism does not require a special diet. Weight, cholesterol, diabetes or other medical conditions would be additional factors to consider.
