A TSH level of 2.0 was not normal for me since I also test positive for antibodies. I have been on meds since April 08 and can't believe the difference.
You need to have the T3 and T4 tested too. Your TSH is in the normal range, but without the other tests it will be difficult to know if they are to blame. Have you had those tests done? If so pop the results up and we can have a look and try to help you.
You may need to ask for an thyroid anti-bodies test too, as you can have normal results all round and then discover a high anti-bodies reading, which can give rise to the symptoms you mention.
Cheers!
