I need help with some blood test I recently got back. Can someone please chime in?

I have been having alot of Hypo symptoms so I had my labs checked. I had free T3 at 7.1 (H), my Free T4 at .08 (L) and my TSH at .009 (L). I was having same issues back in January with my numbers so I was switched from 75 synthroid to 81.25 of nature-throid and from 5 of liothyronine in the morning and one in the afternoon  to 25 cytomel in the morning with my other pills. I am also currently on .1 estrogen patch as I had a complete hysterectomy and bi-lateral mastectomy due to a BRCA 1 gene, my age and family history of cancer. My estrogen is at a mid low range but normal none the less. I take 450 of Wellbutrin XL for a mood stabilizer as I can be quick to anger, withdrawn and moody. My thyroid numbers have only gotten lower since my med changes. I am confused about what is happening. My liver ALT and AST came back high as did my DHEA-S.  My Gyno ordered these last rounds of tests and she isn't  well versed in Liver issues (she told me to see my reg Dr.) or thyroid hormones (she said keep my August appt with Endo when she gets back in August). My regular thyroid DR is out of the country so the guy that fills in for her is on now. I don't particularly care for him as I am not his normal patient. Can someone tell me what the hell is going on? I have been putting on weight, have NO ENERGY....all I want to do is lay on the couch from the time I wake up to the time i go to bed. I am going to bed early and sleeping really well at night and even napping in the day which is not my thing usually. I am cold and my hands hurt in cold water. My hair is thinning again. Dry itchy legs. My blood pressure is even lower than normal and I have a low one anyway. I have crazy Hypo-symptoms right now but those numbers don't make sense to me. Can anyone give me some insight?  Thanks in advance!

Just to make sure I understand your dosage... you're taking 81.25 of NatureThroid "and" 25 mcg of cytomel, at the same time?  Had you already taken your medication prior to having your blood drawn?

It appears that you may be over medicated on T3.

NatureThroid has a "lot" of T3 in it, so it's very unusual to add more T3 when taking it. It's quite normal, however, for those on desiccated hormones, such as NatureThroid to have low Free T4 and have to take additional T4 medication to increase FT4 levels in order to get a good balance.

Could you please post your thyroid levels from before you made the switch?  Please include reference ranges, which vary from lab to lab...

What problems were you having in January before you switched your dosage?
