What does 0.2 mg equal in MCG levothyroxine?
Ok today was my big moment with my new doctor I am putting in charge of my health care.
I fired my endo as he tried to tell me I am diabetic, I am not and I will know for sure in a few days as I had the new doc order me blood tests.
I also had him order a full panel for my throidless condition. He went ahead and prescribed me and here I am not sure. I am dealing with a military hospital so I need to call them and ask if I got the levothyroxine or the synthroid. The label on the bottle is not clear which it is. The pill itself is round and pink. My other from the civilian pharmacy is oblong and lavender.The rip sheet seems to think that synthroid and levothyroxine are the same,lol
WE know they arent so I will call tomorrow and get that mystery cleared up. Now I will be stressing about a change in my meds hehe It is what it is. I should have my labs back in a few days for that too.

My tonsils are still infected so I got a new anti biotic that I pray doesnt give me the big "D" like the amoxicillin.

I was on 200 mcg but I think I have gone hyper because of my 20 pound weight loss.
I have been feeling really good but now I have some of the manic stuff that I get when I am hyper.
Back to the old question.which came first the bi polar or the throid.?
I will post my labs when I get them,
I am pretty good about knowing my TSH and what Ifeel the best at, but I am unsure of the t4,t3 and the frees and I trust yall WAAY better than I trust any doc.LOL

Thx for the update ... how many mg's or mcgs' were you on before? 200 is high dose .. just curious, yet I know u have lots going on and I'm only a patient hee hee

but there is possibility other side is still producing a trickle cause only partial and stopped working.
