What is the difference between a FNB and FNA?

I have seen these two listed on this forum but don't understand the difference between the two.

Just don't make the mistake I made and say, "Hi, I am here for my Fine Needle Autopsy" I sure did get some funny looks!

Sometimes the aspiration uses different gauge needles. That is just an FYI not a defination.

The correct name for it is The fine needle aspiration biopsy; sometimes is used as fine needle aspiration [with word biopsy is omitted], or fine needle biopsy. The meaning is the same
