What is the range?

I got testing done on three different occasions now for thyroid - What is the range that my TSH should be in?
Feb -TSH 1.67
May -TSH 1.87
July -TSH 2.92

Is this an okay increase, or would I be crazy to think this is indicative of hypothyroidism?  Here in Canada the range is 0.30 to 6.20 means you are okay. I was reading somehwere that it is 0.30 to 3.00 in the U.S. and that someone with levels above 3.00 should be considered Hypo. Please help!
Thanks

I have many, many symptoms of Hypo. I went to the doctor today and asked for a thyroid scan and to get T3 T4 and Antibodys tested. She refused to send me for a scan, said there is no need, and after argument agreed to send me for the others. According to her if my TSH comes back fine than I do not need an antibodys test. These doctora are so uncoroperative!

Then go back and ask for Free T3 and Free T4 to be tested too...also an antibody test for Graves and Hashi's.
Dont dose on TSH alone.

Your TSH can be up a fraction but yr FT3 and FT4 be at a good level and increasing when these are good and tsh up a fraction could cause drug induced hyper.
It all depends if you are symptomatic.(symptoms of Hypo)

What was your Free T3 and Free T4 levels?
Dont base your dosing on TSH alone.

You need all 3 levels to be done...tshm, ft3 & ft4.

Post them here then others will reply to your posting.
Going by TSH alone is deceiving.
