There could be many things causing fatigue. Major ones - with thyroid issues present are -
B complex deficiency
iodine depletion
celiac abundance
gluten intolerance
Drop in FT3 levels - High T4
stress
Many find that getting on an evening cycle with meds - sometimes helps
Usually some beta blocker can be SR (slow release)...check on the one yr taking.
If you are taking a beta blocker at night and there is no fast heartrate then dont take it.
Also sometimes we go through a 'flat ' period mentally.
Maybe this could be it.
Deb, would it matter that I am sleepier before I take my meds than after? Maybe I'm just not getting enough sleep at night. Truth is I could sleep at any given moment. I'll try spitting the beta blocker.
Beta blockers cause the whole body to relax so I would say that is your issue here.
Space the beta blocker dosage out.
Cut the pill in half or quarter during the day....I felt so much better doing this and it was my Doc who advised me to do it when I was taking them.
I was taking mine 4 times a day instead of twice a day.
I actually felt 'human' again doing this.
