alternate for armour thyroid in India

i have been diagnosed as having autoimmune thyroid disease, and have been ADVISED to take Armour thyroid 1 grain to begin with, I am living in India and I think this is not available here, can you suggest some alternate medicine that is closest to armour . I am looking for natural thyroid not synthetic ones. pPlease help. also please let me know if I can get armour thyroid from US on Indian prescription / online ???

Thanks for your quick response. I was taking 2.75 grains of Armour per day and I was feeling better with that. However. due to some supply constraints, I'll not be able to arrange armour for a week. So, I'm taking synthetic T3 [25 µg] and T4 [106.25 µg] .

I have T3 [Liothyronine Sodium by Uni-Pharma] and T4 [Thyroxine Sodium] tablets available with me.

Can you please guide, if this is OK to replace Desiccated Hormone by synthetic for a week or two.

Will it bring any symptoms? Do I need to take any precautions while taking synthetic hormone? Will my hair fall restart?
