am very confused

Both of my thyroids are diffusely enlarged.


Current Labs:
TSH     2.34
T4        0.6
Thyroperoxidase AB       506.4

ACTH      34     am draw
Cortisol      10    am draw
Prolactin     9
IGF-1       266

Any ideas on what is possibly going on with me?

I agree with redhead that you have Hashimoto's which cause thyroid enlargement. You have One thyroid gland....it is like a butterfly with a left and right side. The middle is the isthmus.
Try to always include your lab ranges with your results.
I would highly recommend finding yourself a thyroid specialist that understands Hashimoto's.

Hi there and welcome to the forum!
It is important to list the reference ranges when quoting the numbers you mentioned. These are usually right next to the lab results for each individual test result.
It could be a Hashimoto's disease going on here. This is an auto-immune disease that causes the thyroid to become enlarged from inflammation of trying to protect itself.
You don't have a Free T3 listed. Did they do one? Just a T4 is not helpful, needs to be FREE T4 ..there is a difference!
  Do you have any symptoms? Often with enlarged thyroid (goiter) there are symptoms which many doctors tend to ignore. Tiredness, weight gain, hair loss, etc.
