You're welcome and I just realized that "Burs-PIR-one" should be "Bus-PIR-one", instead...
Since we're a thyroid community, we'd be most interested in your recent thyroid hormone levels. Just because thyroid levels are "okay", doesn't mean they are optimal for you and that all is well, even if it was an endo who said they were...
You said, yourself, that anxiety is a big part of it, you might have hit the nail on the head right there, because anxiety can do all kinds of weird things we wouldn't think it can. You might check with your doctor about a mild anti-anxiety med (not an anti-depressant as they aren't the same thing); I was on a low dose of Burs-PIR-one for a short time and it really did wonders for my thyroid (and "life") related anxiety.
I checked the side effects of your amantadine and carbidopa/levodopa and I couldn't find sweating as a side effect, but anxiety can be a side effect of them both, so you might want to check into that and see if your dose might be able to be lowered or if there's a different med that can be used that might not have the same effect.
Aside from that, there are many other things that can cause hyperhydrosis, that as a thyroid community, we might not be equipped to help with... we'll see, once you post your thyroid hormone levels and reference ranges...
