I have similar symptoms. Burning/tingling is left arm mostly in the morning. I think it is a reaction to Synthroid. I am not used to it. Magnesium seems to help.

I had the same symptoms and my MD informed me to get an EKG, it turned out that it was caused by a bone spur impinging on a nerve in my neck, although I would advise you to go get examined just to rule out other more serious causes. Regards FTB4
