candida dyeing off or am i really really sick

So after being hyper for the last week, I started taking some probiotics. I still have some yeast infection. Not running a fever anymore, but here are my symptoms. I had a fever of100.7 before I went into work, I didn't make it the end of the night.

- fatigue
- feelings of brain fog
- gastro-intestinal distress including nausea, gas, bloating, diarrhea or constipation
- minor fever
- poor concentration levels
- feelings of tightness in the chest
- headaches
- sore throat
- body itch
- becoming more anxious in regular situations
- feelings of depression setting in
- increased irritability
- crankiness
- intense cravings for foods such as sweets or others that contain carbohydrates
- joint soreness
- muscle pain

Also limited your diet of all white flour products along with intaking large amounts of the probiotics and yogurt.

Water......water......water... you start to feel like your floating.  LOL

The fatigue, gastrointestinal problems, and cravings for sweets are *definitely* a sign of die-off.   Have you been checking your blood glucose?  Sometimes yeast can be an indicator of sugar issues and they tend to go hand-in-hand with thyroid problems.

Yes, drink lots of water!  Try some yogurt too with active cultures - there are quite a few now that will help increase the good flora in your GI tract.  Stay away from carbs for a while too.

Hang in there - yeast die-off isn't much fun but it's sure better than the candida!

sounds like effects of die-off and sinus infection. Drink lots of water....put a little fresh lemon in it. Take a hot steamy shower and loofah your skin.
