cannot gain weight

Is there anyone else out there that cannot gain weight? I am now 99 pounds and 5"5. I eat and eat and keep losing weight. My TSH is .2 which is low and FT4 is 1.1. My doctor said they are not going to change my dose. I am just so embarressed about it.

My T3 as of June was like 194 (low). I have been to a dieticin and she said I was eatting great. I did try some nutrional drink with 350 calories and was drinking 2-3 per day and did not get anywhere. I do not drink them now because after 97 of them I can no longer stand the taste! People think it is great to be in this situation, but let me tell you it is not. Like I told my doctor the other day....most people wish for a skinny pill, but I wish for a fat pill

It would be nice to see where your Free T3 level is, since the Free T3 and Free T4 are the actual thyroid hormone levels. Tsh is mainly pituitary function.  It is important to keep your levels optimal with Hashi's so your body can heal.
Most of us with Hashi's and Hypo have weight gain......wish I was the reverse. I was always use to being underweight.
Are you eating enough carbs? Are you consuming enough calories? How about trying Boost or one of those drinks for gaining weight? Never know it may help.
