could it be cancer??

I have a nodule on my thyroid it isn't that big .5 x.3 x .4 cm along with swollen lymph nodes the largest one measured 5.2 x 2.6 mm. when reading my u/s report i honestly thought it sounded fine, but then the dr called and said she wanted me to get a ct scan done because of the concern of both a node and lymph nodes being swollen and my thyroid levels were normal she also wanted me to go to the endo to get a biopsy done on the node as well. The node moves, but i do have a slight annoyance when i swallow kind of like something is stuck in my throat and sometimes it is worse then others. Has anyone else had issues like this and what was there outcome Im a little nervous.Could it be something else?? Any feedback would be appreciated.

I thought that they were to small as well, i can feel it with my finger but you can't see it. I can also feel the swollen lymp on the side of my neck as well. Today my throat feels like something is sitting on my adams apple. Im just so confused and nervous at the same time I wish that someone on here has gone through the same thing and will comment :(

Hello.  Welcome to our community.  If I'm reading the sizes correctly, aren't they a bit too small to biopsy?  Protocol is <1.0cm, but I'm not a doctor??

Thryoid nodules usually come back with normal labwork regardless if they are benign or cancerous from what I've read on the community.

They seem too small to cause throat issues, but the swelling can interefere.

Let's see who else posts and their thoughts and please keep us posted.
